Precautions for using liquid nitrogen tanks:

1. Due to the high heat content of liquid nitrogen tanks, the thermal equilibrium time is relatively long during the first filling. It is recommended to pre-cool the tank with a small amount of liquid nitrogen (approximately 60L) before slowly filling it completely (this helps prevent ice blockage).

2. To minimize losses during subsequent fillings, please refill the tank when there is still a small amount of liquid nitrogen remaining. Alternatively, refill within 48 hours of using up the liquid nitrogen.

3. To ensure safe and reliable use, liquid nitrogen tanks can only be filled with liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, or liquid argon.

4. Water and frost formation on the outer surface of the liquid nitrogen tank during infusion is normal. When the pressure boosting valve is opened for pressurization, the pressure boosting coil is in contact with the inner wall of the outer cylinder of the liquid nitrogen tank. As liquid nitrogen passes through the coil, it absorbs heat from the outer cylinder and vaporizes to achieve pressurization, which may result in spot-like frost on the outer cylinder. After closing the pressurization valve of the liquid nitrogen tank, the frost will slowly dissipate. If condensation or frost appears on the outer surface of the liquid nitrogen tank when the pressurization valve is closed and no liquid delivery is being performed, this indicates that the vacuum of the liquid nitrogen tank has been broken, and the tank should no longer be used. It should be repaired by a professional liquid nitrogen tank manufacturer or disposed of.

5. When transporting liquid nitrogen on roads of Class III or lower, the vehicle speed should not exceed 30 km/h.

6. The vacuum nozzle, safety valve seals, and lead seals on the liquid nitrogen tank must not be damaged.

7. If the liquid nitrogen tank will not be used for a long period, please drain the liquid nitrogen from the tank and dry it, then close all valves and seal it.

8. Before filling the liquid nitrogen tank with liquid nitrogen, the inner liner, all valves, and pipes must be dried with dry air. Otherwise, the pipes may freeze and become blocked, affecting pressurization and liquid delivery.

9. Liquid nitrogen tanks are instruments and meters. Handle them with care during use. When opening the valves of the liquid nitrogen tank, use moderate force and do not use excessive force or speed. In particular, when connecting the metal hose of the liquid nitrogen tank to the connector at the inlet/outlet valve, do not tighten it too much. Tighten it slightly to seal it (the ball joint structure is easy to seal) to avoid twisting the liquid nitrogen tank connection at an angle or even breaking it. Hold the liquid nitrogen tank with one hand while tightening.
